ROTHERHAM boss Paul Warne bemoaned a lengthening injury list after Richard Wood became the latest victim in midweek.
Warne’s plans for the home clash with Bristol City were thrown into disarray shortly before kick-off when skipper Wood, a doubt heading into the clash, pulled up in the warm-up.
That took the number of absentees to eight, leaving Warne, 45, with only five substitutes and having to play midfielder Will Vaulks in defence.
“We are down to our bare bones,” Warne said. “We have got one firstteam centre-half and one centre-forward.”
