ACADEMY manager Mark Kelly feels the signing of winger Eoin Teggart on a two-year scholarship is further proof of Portsmouth’s improving youth system.
The Northern Ireland youth international, 16, joined from Cliftonville on Friday.
“Eoin has a lot of pace and trickery,” said Kelly. “This is another example of how the owners are backing the youth team.”
