CHAMPIONSHIP ISAAC Vassell is set to miss a further six weeks after undergoing surgery on a thigh injury.
The Birmingham striker, 25, has not played since last October following a serious knee injury, before picking up the thigh problem on his way back.
“He’s (Vassell) had to have a small operation on the top of his thigh, but that’s gone really well,” explained manager Garry Monk. “We’re looking at around six to eight weeks from now.
