KENNY Dougall has been rewarded for a fine start at Barnsley with a call-up to the Australia squad.
The summer signing from Sparta Rotterdam has been included in Graham Arnold’s first Socceroos get together.
Midfielder Dougall, 25, said: “I’m really proud to be selected by my country, it’s the first time and I’m looking forward to it.”
He added: “I came here because this club wants promotion. I always wanted to play in England.”
