EVERTON midfielder Callum Connolly believes he returns for a second loan spell at Wigan far more accomplished than the first.
The 20-year-old spent part of the 2016-17 season on loan at Wigan, and has now completed a deal to return on loan for the full campaign.
Connolly played at right-back last time he was at Wigan, but returns as an increasingly-composed defensive midfielder, fresh from spending last term on loan at Ipswich.
