ASTON Villa boss Steve Bruce was left feeling the chill after a superb defensive performance from Bolton Wanderers left his side frozen out of the Championship’s promotion places.
With blizzards swirling around the Macron Stadium, Adam Le Fondre’s fourth goal of the season consigned Villa to a second consecutive defeat and left Wanderers breathing a little easier at the bottom, thanks to a six point gap between them and the relegation zone.
