DAVID Fox is delighted Plymouth didn’t implode after the loss of key man Toumani Diagouraga.
The influential midfielder left Home Park for Fleetwood in January, with the team languishing in relegation danger
Since then, Derek Adams’ side have flown up the table with six straight wins heading into the weekend.
The 34-year-old midfielder said: “I’m glad for a lot of people we’ve kicked on since Toumani left, because it was unfair some people doubted us.
“I thought we were going to have to stop the season, things were getting that panicky.”
