SARR HAS MESSAGE FOR FANS

A NIGHTMARE first season led to Naby Sarr being hounded out of Charlton but the 24-yearold defender is adamant he always intended to return.
Sarr became something of a scapegoat as the Addicks were relegated from the Championship in 2015-16. But, after a season on loan in his native France, he has returned to the Valley and impressed this term.
“Two years ago, my year here wasn’t very good and I didn’t want to leave without accomplishing what I wanted to accomplish,” he said. “I wanted to come back and prove to everybody I could play.”
