Veteran has Notts ambition

THE one promotion on David McGoldrick’s footballing CV takes some beating.
Having started 2018-19 as a free agent trialist, he ended the season becoming a Premier League player for the first time at the age of 31 and was named Sheffield United’s Player of the Year.
But McGoldrick insists that helping Notts County go up from League Two this term would match that achievement.
