MIDDLESBROUGH boss Michael Carrick has hailed the impact of Finn Azaz after the attacking midfielder scooped the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month award for November.
Republic of Ireland international Azaz, 24, notched five goals and four assists as free-scoring Boro stepped up their promotion bid with a string of entertaining displays.
