MILLWALL have led the tributes to former manager John Docherty, who has died at the age of 84.
The Scot remains the only boss to guide the Lions to the top-flight of English football.
With the likes of Tony Cascarino, Teddy Sheringham and Terry Hurlock in the ranks, Dochery led the club to the old Second Division title in 1987-88.
The Lions then spent two seasons in Division One and briefly sat at the division’s summit in both campaigns.
