SUB Ronan Curtis popped up with a goal deep into injury time to earn pacesetters Port Vale a share of the spoils at Cheltenham.
It looked like George Miller’s 53rd-minute close-range effort was going to be enough for the Robins, but Curtis powered an unstoppable shot into the top corner to rescue Darren Moore’s side. Second-placed Walsall narrowed the gap with a 3-2 home success against Notts County, all the goals coming in the second half.
