SHEA Charles has handed Sheffield Wednesday a major boost ahead of this afternoon’s trip to Derby by insisting he wants to remain at Hillsborough beyond January.
The 21-year-old midfielder is on a season-long loan from Southampton, where he won promotion to the Premier League last season.
Initially deemed surplus to requirements at St Mary’s, his assured performances for the Owls have sparked recall rumours and he has even emerged as a surprise transfer target for Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.
