SWANSEA City could be set for a £20m cash injection after owners Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien agreed to sell their stake in the club.
The pair led an ownership group that acquired Swansea - then in the Premier League - for £110m in 2016.
But the club was relegated to the Championship two years later and has remained in the second tier ever since, with Kaplan and Levien facing constant criticism for failing to invest in a return to the top-flight.
