BUTT CALLS TIME ON HIS CEO ROLE
FORMER Manchester United star Nicky Butt has stepped down from the role of chief executive officer at Salford City.
The 49-year-old was appointed in October 2022, taking over from Gary Neville. He will remain an active shareholder and director but has decided he cannot
LEAGUE TWO dedicate the time required to continue as CEO.
“I have recently realised how much I miss the coaching and development of players, and this has increased my desire to get back into that side of the game,” he said.
