OSMAJIC HIT WITH 8-GAME BITE BAN

PRESTON striker Milutin Osmajic has been hit with an eight-match ban for biting Blackburn’s Owen Beck.
The incident – which was missed by the referee but caught by television cameras – occurred during the closing stages of the Lilywhites’ 0-0 draw with Blackburn two weeks ago.
Osmajic, 25, admitted the charge and the Montenegro international, Preston’s top-scorer with five goals this season, will not be eligible to return until Paul Heckingbottom’s side host Derby in a Championship fixture on November 23.
