NEWPORT County goalkeeper Nick Townsend has once again rejected the chance to play for Antigua & Barbuda.
The 29-year-old qualifies for the Caribbean nation through his grandfather and has won eight caps since making his debut against Barbados in 2022.
He was due to play in this week’s double header of World Cup qualifiers against Dominica and Barbuda after being called up by manager Mikele Leigertwood.
