THE Bristol Street Motors Trophy roared back into action on Tuesday night with thrills and spills, dramatic finishes and penalty shoot-outs.
There were 38 goals across the 12 opening group stage games as the race to Wembley revved up. In the highest scoring game of the night, Bristol Rovers and Tottenham U21s played out a 3-3 draw in Southern Group G.
Isaac Hutchinson (eight minutes), Kofi Shaw (56) and Luke McCormick (76) were on target for the Pirates, with Will Lank-shear (27), Mikey Moore (50) and Damola Ajayi (70) replying for the young Spurs.
