GARRY MONK was looking forward to Cambridge United’s video analysis session of their Carabao Cup defeat to QPR.
Not because it would provide opportunity to tear into his players and point out errors but, in fact, the total opposite.
Ultimately the League One U’s fell on the wrong side of a 2-1 loss to their Championship visitors.
Yet they were cheered as they left the pitch for a perforandmance that deserved more crucially, showed the path they are on with Monk’s passingsing football.
