WAYNE Rooney celebrated his first win as Plymouth Argyle boss as they cruised past Cheltenham Town 3-0, thanks to second-half goals from Ben Waine, Ryan Hardie and Mustapha Bundu.
Rooney’s first game in charge of Argyle resulted in a 4-0 thumping at the hands of Sheffield Wednesday and the former England and Manchester United captain was delighted with the response. “It was a good performance, I wanted a reaction from the game on Sunday and I thought I got that,” Rooney said.
