SOUTHAMPTON manager Russell Martin was the unlikely inspiration as Crawley secured victory over lowly Forest Green Rovers.
Reds boss Scott Lindsey admitted he used a video clip of the Saints boss to help inspire his players ahead of this 2-0 home victory.
Martin spoke of the importance of trying to be the most hard working of teams, and Lindsey used it to help get his similar message across as his side pulled off their first league win in five games.
