POSITIVE EFL RESPONSE TO THE FAN-LED REVIEW

FIGURES from across the EFL say the days of kowtowing to the Premier League are coming to an end.
A fan-led review of football led by MP Tracey Crouch was published on Wednesday and demanded the creation of an independent financial regulator for English football.
Able to grant licences to compete in the football pyramid, the regulator would have oversight of a club’s finances and decide whether owners and directors were fit to hold their role.
