Player Profile: Leicester City winger Stephy Mavididi

Stephy Mavididi played a starring role in Leicester’s 4-1 demolition of Southampton last weekend.
The 25-year-old wideman created the opening goal for Jamie Vardy after 21 seconds, laid on another for Wilfried Ndidi and then killed the contest with a superb counter-attack, intercepting the ball well inside his own half before running 60 yards to score.
It was the sort of performance Foxes fans have been waiting for following Mavididi’s £6.9m switch from Montpellier in August, and an impressive response to being dropped...
