MICK McCarthy cannot wait to see what Aaron Drinan can do in a match situation after completing the signing of the young Irishman from Waterford.
The 19-year-old striker has been training at Portman Road since October but was unable to play for the Tractor Boys until the start of the January transfer window.
He has joined until the summer of 2021 for an undisclosed fee.
“He hasn’t looked out of place in training at all”; said McCarthy. “The only frustrating thing is that he hasn’t been able to play.”
