LEWIS WINGS IN TO PEP UP THE TYKES…

EAGER: Jonathan Lewis

USA international Jonathan Lewis has pledged to get Barnsley’s season back on track after joining the Tykes on a short-term deal.
The 27-year-old wide-man - capped eight times by his country - was out of contract after leaving MLS side Colorado Rapids in December.
He previously played at New York City alongside Spain legend David Villa and has scored 33 goals in 195 career appearances.
“I’m really excited to be here,” said Lewis, who joins a Barnsley outfit that has slipped off the play-off pace recently.
