CHELTENHAM Town midfielder Ethon Archer wants to join the growing list of Kinetic Academy graduates to reach the very top of the game.
The community project was set up in the wake of the 2011 London Riots by ex-Crystal Palace coach Harry Hudson and former Wimbledon academy chief James Fotheringham with a mission to support disadvantaged young people by offering top-quality football training and educational opportunities.
