AMERICAN businessman Anthony Serafino says he is ‘absolutely delighted and humbled’ to have become a minority shareholder of Bromley.
The 32-year-old is the president of New Jersey-based Exp. Group LLC, a multinational fresh food organisation in South and Central America and the Caribbean.
He has secured his stake in the Ravens by acquiring shares from owner and chairman Robin Stanton-Gleaves and vice-chairman Jon Plassard.
Proceeds generated from the sale of the shares to Serafino will contribute towards funding the developm...
