LEYTON Orient winger Jordan Graham says his “heart is hurting” after suffering a second devastating knee injury in just over a year.
The 29-year-old ruptured the patella tendon in his left knee last October, and recently returned to action after a 12-month period of rehab.
But he was taken off injured in Tuesday’s 2-0 defeat to Huddersfield and scans have now revealed another rupture.
