ALEX Mowatt is enjoying a great start to the season at West Brom and I’m really pleased to see him playing so well.
He’s had a stop-start career, Alex, from breaking through at Leeds to dropping down into League One and then fulfilling his potential at Barnsley.
I’m sure he’d be the first to admit that he’s never been the most mobile player, but on the ball he’s as good as anyone in the Championship. The goals, the assists, the vision and range of passing - that’s what he’s all about.
