Luke Williams was definitely one of those, so I’m pleased to see him building some momentum at Swansea following his move from Notts County in January.
He’s not a Neil Warnock, who can walk into a club and instantly get results. He needs time to create a culture, get his messages across and build a squad to play the way he wants.
