DERBY’s surge for automatic promotion to the Championship took a hit as Northampton ran out winners at Sixfields.
Cobblers talisman Sam Hoskins bagged the winner, ending the Rams’ four-game winning streak. It leaves second-placed Derby four points ahead of third-placed Bolton, though the Trotters have now got a game in hand.
