NOTTS County boss Stuart Maynard was left frustrated at dropping two points at home, but said he respected the point as new reign began with a draw.
It was the first time 43-yearold has managed in the Football League, having joined from part-time National League side Wealdstone last week to take the head coach role left vacant by Luke Williams.
Kian Spence had given the visitors the lead early on, before Nemane levelled just before half-time on his 100th appearance for the club.
