EFL step up their equality efforts

Mumsnet chief executive Justine Roberts has been chosen to chair a new EFL initiative focussing on equality, diversity and inclusion.
Roberts, who is also an independent non-executive director of the EFL, is one of 12 people selected from across the football spectrum to make up the Together Advisory Panel.
“This is an important step on a journey that the EFL is on,” said Roberts. “I’m excited in my role as chair to be a part of a panel that will help to ensure effective and sustainable changes are made.
