TOP Two Plymouth and Ipswich took a giant stride towards the Championship with crucial victories.
Leaders Argyle stretched their advantage over third-placed Sheffield Wednesday to five points with a solid 2-0 home success against Bristol Rovers.
Rovers were up against it when they had Antony Evans sent off after 26 minutes for a second yellow card.
Niall Ennis opened the scoring in spectacular style with an overhead kick on 51 minutes before Macauley Gillesphey headed the second five minutes later.
