League Two leaders Leyton Orient have been relentless under the management of Richie Wellens.
The O’s have won 15 of their 20 league games this season, which is very impressive. The club have given Richie an extended contract and, on and off the pitch, the club look strong.
Director of football Martin Ling is a top football person and he will no doubt be delighted with the progress of the team, having seen some difficult times at the club.
