EFL playing crucial role in our game
AS THE World Cup kicks off in Qatar this afternoon, it should be a source of pride for the EFL that 30 players have been chosen from their 72 clubs to take part in the global showcase.
It is a remarkable number from the three tiers below the Premier League and we wish all the players taking part the very best, whether they play starring roles or only have a few minutes on the pitch. Either way it should be an unforgettable experience and hopefully something they can look back on with fond memories in the years to come.
