Robbo has been a rock for the Dons
IT REALLY was the end of an era when manager Mark Robinson left AFC Wimbledon by mutual consent last Monday. Robinson had been with the Dons almost since their formation two decades ago. In fact, he notched up 18 years with the phoenix club, covering a whole range of roles including head of youth, centre of excellence manager and academy manager. He was involved in bringing through a host of players who graduated to the first team, such as Will Nightingale, Ayoub Assal and Jack Rudoni.
Yet he knew as well as anyone that taking the manager’s job...
