DILAN: I’LL BE BACK STRONGER

DILAN Markanday is determined to “come back a stronger and better player” after his season-ending hamstring surgery.
The 20-year-old forward joined Rovers on a permanent deal from Tottenham in January, but lasted just 22 minutes of his debut before suffering the injury.
Markanday is eager to show fans what he is capable of and said: “I’m gutted to not be able to help the team.
“For this to happen in literally the first few days of signing was tough. I want to help the club. I’ve just got to try and get back as quick and as strong as I can. ...
