IAN BID TO KEEP HOLD OF SANTOS

BOLTON boss Ian Evatt hopes to tie captain Ricardo Santos down to a new contract soon.
The defender, 26, has become a key figure for Wanderers but, with just over a year left on his existing deal, Evatt wants to resolve his future.
“We will start to have negotiations and talks with his representatives and see where that takes us,” said Evatt.
“Ricco is a huge part of this club and a big part of the journey that we’re trying to go on.”
