COOPER DELIGHT AT WHITE DEAL

BARROW boss Mark Cooper is delighted that ‘low maintenance’ midfielder Tom White has agreed to stay with the Bluebirds until the summer of 2024.
The 24-year-old shone on loan from Blackburn when Barrow won the National League title in 2019-20 and then joined permanently last summer after leaving Rovers.
He has made 29 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
“I think I have spoken before when we have extended other players’ contracts that you want good characters and that’s what Tom is,” said manager Cooper.
