Ince takes reins as Veljko exits

STRUGGLING Reading have turned to former Manchester United and England midfielder Paul Ince to get them out of relegation danger.
Although Veljko Paunovic won his final match in charge at Preston yesterday to boost the Royals’ survival prospects, the decision had already been taken to make a change. The self-styled ‘Guv’nor’ in his playing days, Ince, 54, last managed with Blackpool in 2014, but takes charge on an interim basis alongside Michael Gilkes.
