WORK PAYS DIVIDENDS FOR BONDS

CHELTENHAM boss Michael Duff is delighted with the attitude of midfielder Elliot Bonds, with the midfielder putting in the hours to make it in the first-team squad.
The 21-year-old had a loan at Kidderminster earlier this season, but has proved his worth at Whaddon Road.
Duff said: “When you talk about hard work, I have to give a mention to Bondsy.
“About 16 months ago, he thought his career was finished. But he’s worked ever so hard. He got his head down and didn’t sulk and he’s gradually got into the first team.”
