GARY: WE NEED SIEGE MENTALITY

NEW Doncaster Rovers manager Gary McSheffrey has urged his players to steer clear of social media as he bids to restore battered confidence at the Keepmoat.
The 39-year-old, who replaced Richie Wellens in a caretaker capacity a month ago, was handed the job on a permanent basis this week, beating over 100 external applicants.
He inherits an injury-riddled team lying bottom of League One, with the worst goal difference in the division and paltry goal tally of just 13 from 22 matches.
