VETERAN defender Stephen Ward has achieved more than most in his glittering career – but he’s still as hungry for success as ever with Walsall.
There was surprise in some quarters when the ex-Wolves and Burnley leftback signed for the Saddlers in the summer.
But Ward, who turned 36 not long after making the move to the West Midlands, is enjoying life at the Banks’s Stadium with his team’s easy-on-the-eye football.
