QPR striker Andre Gray trusted his instincts – and it’s paid off with the Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month award for November.
The 30-year-old stunned Derby with a superb lastgasp winner at the end of the month. He controlled the ball, swivelled and cracked home an unstoppably volley to earn the Hoops all three points.
