CURTIS CLEANS UP WITH ‘CLEARANCE’

HIS team-mates joked that it was a clearance, but Wigan defender Curtis Tilt has had the last laugh by claiming the Sky Bet League One Goal of the Month award for October.
The 30-year-old, on loan from Rotherham, netted with a stunning 25-yard effort that whizzed into the top corner in the Latics’ 2-0 home win against Burton.
