HE’S got a Non-League background, is rapid and scores goals – no wonder Max Watters takes inspiration from Leicester City legend Jamie Vardy!
Vardy’s rags-to-riches tale saw him burst out of Non- League to win the Premier League with the Foxes and score for England.
That might be asking a bit much of Watters, who is on loan for the season at MK Dons from Cardiff, but why not set your sights high?
“I look up to Jamie Vardy quite a bit,” admitted the 22-yearold. “The way he came from Non-League, but also the way he plays -I think we are very similar in terms of style.
