OWNERS often get a bad press, but Leyton Orient midfielder Craig Clay reckons they struck gold with Nigel Travis.
Under despised former Italian supremo Francesco Becchetti, the O’s dropped out of the Football League in 2017 after a 112-year stay. A consortium led by successful businessman Travis picked up the pieces and two years later the National League title under the late Justin Edinburgh saw the East London club return to the Football League.
