VASSELL’S GRATEFUL TO AMMIES

THEO Vassell is determined to reward the faith shown in him by Salford.
The 24-year-old defender had trained with the club since the summer as he battled back from injury problems.
And he impressed enough to earn a deal that runs until January.
He said: “It’s been a long time coming – five months out and getting back fit.
“I’m grateful to the manager and the physio department for helping me since the end of June, and then giving me the chance to get fit and earn a contract here.”
