ADEBISI IN NEW ALEX CONTRACT

CREWE manager David Artell has told Rio Adebisi to keep improving after the defender signed a new two-year deal.
The 21-year-old, who joined the club when he was 12, is now committed to the club until 2024.
Adebisi has been rewarded for earning himself a regular spot in Artell’s side over the past year. “Rio has come on leaps and bounds,” said Artell. “That 10, 15, 20 games he played at the back end of last season put him in good stead.
“Hopefully he can continue to develop and will go on to emulate some of his predecessors that have gone before him.”
